The Leisure Advisory Panel

Analysis of the sector highlighted that in the decade to 2006 transaction were driven by financiers and the availability of cheap debt. The first assumption was 5% LFL growth. Since 2006 markets have become progressively more difficult and real growth has become the preserve of very relevant well managed businesses. Operational management has once again replaced financial wizardry as the key driver of success.

To ensure that we can bring high quality operational input into our assignments, we launched the Leisure Advisory Panel in late 2009. The Panel brings together operators with industry-leading credentials. They bring a broad range of expertise and experience that can assist our clients in understanding how to achieve their objectives whatever the circumstance.
