Our teams have been developed recognising that different skills are required at different stages of an assignment and are split between Delivery, Progression and Support.
Delivery teams in Financial Advisory & Restructuring Services, Pensions Advisory Services and Corporate Advisory Services have responsibility for winning work, delivering consulting solutions and client management.
On insolvency cases, Delivery teams also take responsibility for strategy, major asset realisations and trading.
Dedicated Progression teams have been established as our technical experts to work with the Delivery teams on insolvency cases.
Progression teams are involved in insolvency cases from the outset, working with Delivery and taking responsibility for statutory duties, treasury, creditor communications, asset realisations, employee correspondence and case closure.
Zolfo Cooper is supported by a full range of administrative functions, including Facilities, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, PAs and secretarial teams.
