STATEMENT FROM ZOLFO COOPER: SALE OF NIGHTINGALE CLUB LIMITED (IN ADMINISTRATION)
On 18 November 2011, Ryan Grant, Simon Wilson and Anne O’Keefe, Partners at Corporate Advisory and Restructuring specialists Zolfo Cooper, were appointed Joint Administrators of Nightingale Club Limited (the Company).
Following the appointment, the Administrators continued to trade the business and have now secured a sale of the Nightingale nightclub as a going concern to Westbourne Leisure Limited who are Midlands based operators that specialises within the licensed trade industry. Following the sale, the business will be traded by Westbourne Leisure Limited’s trading partners Darren and Lawrence Barton. The business will continue to trade as normal and all staff will continue to be employed under the new owners.
